Processing Time
All orders are processed within 3–5 business days after the order is placed. Orders are prepared for shipment using the fastest available carrier based on your location.
Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Please note that shipping estimates do not include processing time, weekends, or holidays.
Shipping Timeframes
Estimated delivery times are as follows:

In many cases, orders may arrive earlier than the estimated timeframe.
All orders are shipped with a tracking number, allowing you to monitor your shipment at every stage. Delivery delays caused by customs, postal services, or other factors beyond our control may occur.
Operational Notices
Our courier partners operate at normal capacity. However, occasional delays may occur during customs clearance or international transit. We appreciate your patience during such circumstances.
TrapstarOfficial.fr is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections, carrier disruptions, or other external factors.
Accuracy of Shipping Information
It is the customer’s responsibility to ensure that all shipping details, including address and contact information, are entered correctly at checkout.
Once an order has been placed, shipping information cannot be modified.
We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Non-Deliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us as non-deliverable, a €15 processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.
Refused Deliveries
If you refuse delivery of a package, a €15 processing and handling fee will be deducted from the refund total.
Delivered but Not Received
If tracking information indicates that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, you must contact the courier listed in your shipment confirmation.
We do not issue refunds for orders marked as delivered by the carrier.
TrapstarOfficial.fr is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after delivery.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
We cannot guarantee whether customs duties, taxes, or import fees will apply to your order.
All applicable customs charges, taxes, and fees imposed by your local authorities are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Warehouses
Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers located in North America and Asia, depending on product availability.
Delivery Estimates
Delivery times are estimates only and may be affected by courier delays or unforeseen circumstances.
For rural or remote areas, please allow an additional 1–3 business days.
Customer Information Requirements
In some countries, carriers may require a phone number or identification number to complete delivery. If this information is requested and not provided, we cannot be held responsible for delivery delays or failed delivery.
