Returns

If you wish to return an item, please contact us first at support@trapstarofficial.fr. Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Defective or faulty items may be returned within 15 days of delivery. Once the returned item is received and inspected, an approved refund will be issued.

Return Conditions:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and undamaged

  • Items must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Items must not be returned to the address on the original shipping label

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrectly delivered.


Policy Validity Period

Our return and exchange policy is valid for 15 days from the delivery date.
Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for return, refund, or exchange.


Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:

  • Items returned in used, damaged, or incomplete condition not caused by our error

  • Items returned after the 15-day return window

  • Damage caused by factors outside our control


Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified by email regarding approval or rejection.

  • Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days

  • Funds are credited to the original payment method within an additional 5 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider


Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank for processing updates

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale or at a discounted price are non-refundable, except in cases of defects or incorrect delivery.


Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
To request a replacement for the same item, please email support@trapstarofficial.fr with your order number and photos of the issue.


Change of Mind

Returns or refunds based on a change of mind are not accepted.
Only defective, damaged, or incorrectly delivered items are eligible for return.


Return Shipping

  • Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service

  • We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items lost in transit

Customers in remote areas may experience longer processing times.


Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase.

  • A €10 restocking fee applies to all approved cancellations

  • Order processing begins immediately, and cancellation is not guaranteed

Order Changes

Order modifications (size, color, or item changes) are permitted within 24 hours of purchase.

Refunds are only issued if:

  1. The order is not delivered at all

  2. The cancellation request is made within 24 hours of purchase

We reserve the right to process orders at any time and do not guarantee modifications once processing has begun.
